MOONROT is a short horror game about piloting a rover across a distant alien moon. Take grainy photos, record crackly signals, keep your battery charged, and uncover the source of the anomaly that led you here.
When an alarming anomalous signal was detected from the moon of Keres-2b, astronomers were eager to explore immediately. You were created for this purpose - a fully autonomous rover named HOPE.
Collect data from the sites of interest, uncover the source of the Signal, and complete your mission. There may be a chance for mankind just yet.
Take up the role of a hastily constructed rover - drive across rocky terrain to take grainy photos and record crackly signals, and conserve battery power to survive.
Traverse an eerie, desolate landscape - the moon of Keres-2b is a lonely, quiet place, but it's not without its dangers.

케레스-2b 위성에서 이상 신호가 감지되어 인류는 자율 탐사 로봇 HOPE를 보낸다. 플레이어는 이 로봇이 되어 Target 좌표를 따라 위성을 탐사한다. (유사 Iron Lung 공포 게임) 컨셉과 비주얼은 마음에 들지만, 단점이 대부분이다. 1. 지도 없음. 가다가 구멍에 떨어지거나 배터리가 고갈되면 직전 세이브 포인트부터 다시 시작하는 몰입감 떨어지는 시스템을 가졌는데, 가까운 곳에 세이브 포인트 안 찍었으면 한참 전으로 돌아가서 길을 더 헤맴... 2. 탐사선이 의미 없이 틱틱 거리면서 중간에 멈추는 불쾌한 움직임. 3. 다음 타겟 지점이 자연스럽게 유도되거나 연결되지 않음. 세이브 포인트부터 출발하는 게 더 자연스러울 때가 있음. 4. 흥미로운 로어 텍스트 없음.
