Poker Monsters is exactly what it sounds like:

a Roguelike Deckbuilder Poker game in which you battle big boss Monsters!

In order to defeat the opposing creature and continue your run, you’ll have to assemble the best poker hands you can. The better the hand, the stronger the attack! But be careful, every Monster has its own way of throwing a wrench in your plans.

Guide a Party of papery heroes, each with its own helpful ability. Master the game’s mechanics to bend the odds to your favour! Are you ready to put your strategic mind to the test?

Hunt & Loot

Taking down big Monsters deserves equally big rewards! 

After each win you’ll be rewarded in different ways:

• With a new Hero joining your Party;

• With Poker Chips, that you can spend in the Shop;

• With Evo Cards, special cards taken directly from the Monsters you defeat. Each Evo Card has a special ability that mimics the effects of the Monster it originated from, play them to unleash the power of your conquered foes upon new opponents!

Build your Deck

The ammount of cards in your deck is LITERALLY your HP!
It’s up to you to strike the right balance between consistency and resilience. 

Get more copies of cards needed for your preferred combinations and add them to your deck. Take out cards that don't fit your strategy by strategically burning them away during battles. The approach might be different but the goal is the same: 

Mold your deck into the most optimized destruction machine you can.

Build your Party

Poker Monsters offers a variety of Heroes to recruit.

Pick the Heroes you think are best suited for the Hunt and venture forth. You’ll permanently unlock new Heroes as you progress through the game. Go wild and experiment with Party composition to find which adventurers work best together and use their abilities to gain the upper hand.

Build your Board
Deck and Party are not the only tools at your disposal, change the Board itself by getting:

• Coupons, to change the value of your combos. Make Two Pair more powerful than Flush if you desire!

• Patches, to “patch up” your combo by manipulating a card’s property during the battle. Turn a 2 of Spades into a 2 of Hearts to get that Straight Flush just right!
