Drow Space Shooter is a side scroller type shooter game with a space fantasy theme and complex strategy. The player selects a fantasy race, spaceship, and space destination for their mission to defeat waves of enemy spaceships using a variety of weapons.  Technical subsystems onboard the ship impact game performance such as propulsion, power, and avionics systems. As subsystems become damaged, the pilot’s strategy to defeat enemies may need to change. Beginning at Cadet rank, the player advances up to four-star Admiral level by gaining experience defeating enemies, operating the ship efficiently, and harvesting elements from asteroids. Unique planetary environments impact ship and weapons operations through gravity, atmospheric pressure, and temperature.  Pilot successes are recorded in a permanent leaderboard and game registry for tracking of personal best games. A built-in music player enhances game play by playing user supplied music as you blast through 100 levels of enemies with detailed planetary backgrounds.
