토탈워 보다 먼저나온 실시간전투+턴제전략 게임. 내 초딩시절, 히어로즈2와 함께 무려 11시(취침시간이 10시였다)까지 잠못자게 만든 중독성 만땅의, 지금해도 충분히 재미있는 게임. 중세시대의 로망 및 기본요소들을 충분히 만족시키며, 중세봉건제의 요소또한 충실하게 그러면서도 직관적으로 재현해놓아 상당히 완성도가 높은 게임이다. 명작이라 불리는 이유가 충분히 있는 게임인 것이다. 그리고 전성기 시절의, 지금은 고인이 된 Sierra의 역량을 한껏 느낄수 있는 게임이다. 화려한 그래픽, 복잡한 전략등으로 무장했지만 '재미'보다는 '재현'에 집착하는 요즘 전략게임들에게 '전략게임의 기본'이 무엇인지 잘 알려주는 게임이라고 생각한다 가격도 정말 부담없으니 (담배한갑보다 싸다) 구입해서 옛추억과 함께 잘만든 Classic은 언제나 시대를 관통하는 즐거움을 선사한다는것을 이 게임을 하며 느껴보길 바란다.
