In GRIMSLAIR, you are Adam, son of the Grim Reaper. Grim has offered a cruel bargain: bring him enough souls each day, and he may keep listening to your plea to bring your girlfriend back. Miss the quota or die, and time snaps backward for another try.

Combat revolves around Grim’s five-slot chain belt, where order and adjacency can turn a harmless setup into a death spiral. Break connected cards, disrupt enemy plans, and seize control before Grim’s chain unloads on you.

Tear Soulwords out of humans, animals, and the undead. Fuse them into your battle cards to twist how your cards act, stack brutal effects, chase reckless power spikes, and build combinations that grow stranger and deadlier with every loop.

Every day is a race against Grim’s quota. Track enemies across graveyards, forests, caves, deserts, snowy mountains and decide which fights are worth the risk as the clock keeps closing in.

You do not survive Grimslair alone. Your husky fights beside you in both exploration and combat, with its own cards, mechanics, and ways to grow stronger. Level up your dog and turn loyalty into one of your deadliest advantages. 

Visit unique vendors that provide a wide selection of powerful cards and modifiers to upgrade your current deck. If you are desperate, you can kill the vendor and steal all of their goods... but this choice has severe consequences.

When a run breaks, the clock drags you back to the Chamber of Time. New perks, battle cards, enemies, and Soulwords keep reshaping each attempt, forcing you to adapt, experiment, and push deeper into Grim’s world.
