Aircraft Maintenance

Your job is to keep every flight running safely and on schedule. Manage maintenance, parts, and ground equipment while supervising ramp operations — from tugs and marshals to baggage crews, buses, and passenger stairs. Trade or transfer parts and equipment with other airlines to keep operations moving.

Manage Staff

Direct taxiway operations yourself or assign them to your team. Manage recruitment and ensure staff are properly trained.
