혁명적이었던 1편에 비해 2편은 그다지 추천하지 않는다. 이번엔 에드워드 칸비는 자신의 지인의 죽음을 조사하러 캘리포니아의 저택에 침입한다. 처음부터 폭약으로 대문을 부수고 진입하는데.. 이때부터 우리는 알게 된다. 더이상 호러가 아닌, 액션게임.. 그것도 철저한 암기가 요구되는 액션게임으로 변모했음을.. 기관총을 쏴대는 좀비라니. 전혀 무섭지 않잖아. 출현장소를 외워가며 대비해두지 않으면 털린다. 엄청.. -ㅅ-) 좀 졸작이 된것 같아 안타깝다.
