    기존 페인킬러는 길을 따라 다니며 적당한 양의 몹들을 상대하는 방식이었다면 이 작품은 좁은 구간에서 대량으로 밀려 들어오는 몹들을 학살하는 게임입니다. 그러다 보니 몹의 숫자가 기존작보다 최소 2배에서 3배 이상 더 많아져서 정말 쉴틈이 없습니다. 사실상 총알 한방 한방으로 쏴서 죽이는 건 매우 힘들고, 그냥 칼날로 갈아버리는 게 제일입니다. 그나마 Daydream 난이도보다 쉬운 Slumber라는 난이도 덕분에 조금 여유롭게 할만하네요. 저는 개인적으로 기존작들도 나쁘진 않았지만 이 게임도 괜찮다고 봅니다.
