옛날에 했었던 sokoban처럼 네모블럭 움직여서 목적지에 도달하는 게임인데 PATHOS는 거기에 목적지에 도달하는 최단 거리로 가야하는 게임. 최단거리로 가는 경우의 수를 찾거나, 목적지까지의 거리가 부족해서 거리를 좀더 단축하는 방안을 생각해보면서 게임을 하는데, 종종 자기가 하는 방법밖에 떠오르지 않는데 거리가 부족한 경우가 생김. 거기서 여러방향으로 시도해보면서 결국 풀어내고 이런 함정이 있었구나 하고 감탄하게 됨. 그 외에는 단순히 가는 길이 복잡하게 얽혀있어서 목적지까지 가는 길이 계속 막혀버리는 맵도 있었는데 목적지부터 시작지점까지 반대로 생각하면서 풀다보면 풀리는게 은근 재밌음.
