On Pluto, a war broke out between the forces of the "Colonial Fleet" and the paramilitary group "Alpha." Captain Scipio, helping the fleet fighters, was able to destroy the base of the Alpha and return to Earth.
Having received the distress signal from Pluto, criminal authorities send elite "Alpha" units to help planetary forces.
