These new office workers and apartment dwellers will expect a suitably apportioned building, so make sure to pay attention to their likes and dislikes to maximize your profitability.

새로움은 없고 매너리즘만 남았다 제목을 좀 부정적으로 잡긴 했는데 제값(2200원)을 못할 정도의 나쁜 DLC까지는 아니다. 아니면 추천이라 써놓을리가 없다. 적어도 세입자가 몇몇 추가되고 나름 주차장(이라고 주장하는 것)도 생겼고 컨설턴트도 각 분야마다 한 종류씩 오피스가 더 생겼다. 아래에 악평을 다소 적겠지만 이게 무슨 말 갑주 DLC마냥 날강도짓을 한 것은 아니다. 문제점은 그다지 새로움이 느껴지지 않는다는 것이다. 이전의 동급 DLC(London Life나 Tokyo Towers, Miami Mall)에서는 적어도 사무/주거/상점 등 하나를 메인으로 잡고 기존과 다른 방식으로 작동하는 세입자, 또는 규모가 더 큰 세입자 등이 등장했고, 이에 따라 건물 설계에 변경을 주는 등 게임플레이에 실질적인 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 이번 DLC에는 그러한 것이 없다. 기존과 거의 동일한데 조건만 조금 까다로워졌을 뿐이다. London Life의 안테나도 결국 비슷하긴 하지만, 세입자 요구사항으로 '창고에 자리 1개를 요구' 와 같은 것을 넣는것은 이번 주차장 역시 마찬가지이다. 혹시 주차장을 통해 방문객이 올 것이라 기대했다면 접어라. 이번 주차장 역시 결국 창고의 또다른 버전에 불과하다. 어차피 Facilities 탭에 있는 것들이랑 하는게 똑같은데 왜 굳이 Parking 탭을 분리해놨는지 궁금할 뿐이다. 컨설턴트 오피스가 더 생긴다고 하는 점 역시 조금 기대를 했는데 컨설턴트 업그레이드처럼 뭔가를 언락해주는 것은 없고 비용 감소와 같은 보너스만 제공한다. 물론 2200원짜리 DLC에 너무 큰 것을 바라면 안된다는 점은 안다. 하지만 적어도 이전 DLC와 같은 방식을 밀고 나가는 매너리즘, 그리고 컨텐츠의 양적인 면에서 오히려 후퇴가 아닌가 싶은 느낌은 지워지지 않는다. 아무튼 실망은 많았지만 여전히 게임은 재미있고 가격책정은 적합하다 생각해 구매여부에 관해서는 본편을 큰 불만 없이 재밌게 플레이 했다면 추천할 수 있다고 본다.
