Most importantly -- there may or may not be bugs associated with the base game reading the DLC in the first place. You may want to hold off purchasing until it's confirmed that it works as expected.
Little Square Things: The Whole Thing adds several new worlds! The base game includes 3 worlds, 30 levels. The Whole Thing adds another 8 worlds, for a total of 110 levels overall. That's it!
