Two unnamed police officers are investigating the media sensation “The Raw Incedent”. A college girl was kidnapped and imprisoned in the basement, but when her friend found the scene and called the police, the kidnapper was already dead and the victim of the kidnapping was in a state of semi-insanity, unable to provide any clues.
