A private investigator is hired by a mother to uncover the real reason behind the closure of a daycare/school after she reports that something happened to her child. The business claims it couldn't afford maintenance due to the rising costs of carebots.

During his investigation, the detective becomes trapped inside the facility, waiting for help to arrive.
