Wataru is a hardcore sadist, because of this, his relationship has always been short-lived.
One day, Mei, his landlord's daughter and neighborhood, confesses to him.
Wataru feeling afraid of being hurt again confesses his sadistic nature to her.
"If you can keep up with me, I will date you" he says.
