Our main character, Midi, is a girl living in a small village, on the verge of adulthood.
However, she's bound by the village's rule that "a maiden reaching adulthood must relinquish her virginity," and the village chief introduces her to three men!

"I'm going to escape from this village!" (Spoiler alert: there is no escape ending.)

Tobidase Inshuu Mura is an exploration game where you spend the week leading up to your birthday getting to know (or not) the three men.
