It's not common for a satyr to leave their trippe unless they happen to fall for someone of another species, one who does not quite share their nomadic tendencies. Lyros, while so much like his kin in every other way, is an oddity in this one aspect — at least, in that he leaves before falling for someone from a world so entirely different from his. The pretty merman is one he feels inextricably drawn to, though it'd be unwise of him to get too close without first verifying that the handsome man is not actually a siren...

On the other hand, Llŷr, used to living alone and yet holding a desire to settle down that he is struggling to satiate due to his own often hostile behavior and territorial instincts, is quite content with where he lives. It's his home. And, up until some handsome, cocky, devilish flirt of a satyr has come upon him, he knew what to expect as the days passed him by. At the same time, he cannot risk letting his guard down too soon and being snatched away by a landbound creature with nasty intentions.
