Marcus is the only heir to one of the largest private military companies in the world, called The Company. At the age of eight, he becomes an orphan when his parents die in a mysterious accident. With no living relatives, it falls on his father's best friend, and business partner, to take charge of the young man and his family business until he reaches his eighteenth birthday.
