The game tells the story of a newbie therapist who needs to prove himself to his boss in order to move forward in his career. But while he's doing his best to take care of his patients' mental health, his real challenge is taking care of himself.

Things get more complicated when he starts working with a new patient: an admitted sex offender who not only rebuffs the protagonist's therapeutic intervention, but is determined to convince him of the legitimacy of rape.
