Find your own way to the top

Like most rage games, you need to climb to the top. But in Swingrove, you have a lot more freedom over which path you take and how fast you get there. You'll encounter a few tricky jumps and stars to collect. You might even fall now and then, but it's usually easy to recover, especially if you play as the frog.

Satisfying physics-based movement

Unlike similar games, the movement is actually fun.  It's still a little awkward at first, but once you get over that initial hurdle (give it 5 minutes), you'll find yourself soaring and zipping through the air with joy.  And don't let appearances fool you - there is a lot of skill expression and tech to be found too.

4 playable characters

Play as a monkey, cat, frog, or panda, each with different movement physics and providing a variety of difficulty levels.  If you're new to rage / climbing games, start with the cat or frog, and you will have a much more forgiving climb; I've seen non-gamers get to the top with these.  Play as the panda if you're a masochist.

Try the demo

The free demo includes 1 of the 4 characters (the monkey / normal difficulty) and just the bottom of the tree. Try it to see what the swinging is like. And give it at least 5 minutes.  Games like this often have unique mechanics that take some getting used to.
